Try on a jacket at school Wednesday, September 21, 2011 during lunch- or anytime at the store. Other school dates will be announced.

Print out the order form from nwhsboosters.org and mail, fax, or hand deliver it to the store. OR order online!! underwaterwear.com

at the site click “online store” then click “High School Teams” then “Northwest” then “Varsity Jackets”

The jacket comes in to the shop in 4 to 8 weeks with “Northwest Jaguars” sewn on back, name and year sewn on front, and any other embroidery requests (sport on back, etc).

Deliver your NW letter and any patches to the store for Underwater Wear to sew on.

When the jacket is ready in 1 to 2 weeks, either pick it up from the store or arrange for Underwater Wear to deliver to the school.
